Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 days and shipped immediately. Most orders are received by our clients within 14-35 days. Please note that our watches are made to order. Depending on the style, colour and case size, our CNC manufacturing time is anywhere between 3-6 days. During a sale (50%OFF + FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING), we experience a surge of orders. This may cause a delay in shipping. Depending on the destination country, some of the watches may arrive 8-10 days later than expected.  

Will I receive an email with my order details?

Yes, once the order is processed you will receive an email within 48 hours outlining your order details and tracking number. Depending on your location and shipping service, the tracking number may take up to 5 days to activate. 

How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking “Track Order” on the website. You can also reach out to our customer support desk under “Contact Us” 

What is the return/ exchange policy? 

Our products are manufactured and designed with the utmost quality and craftsmanship so you can shop with confidence! If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us for a refund or exchange. 

Step 1: Please contact us with your name, order number, tracking number, shipping address and reason for return/ exchange within 48 hours of receiving your package. Type “Refund Request” in the subject line. 

Step 2: A team member will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with a return address. Once the item is received and inspected, you will be contacted with refund/exchange details. Please ensure the product is intact inside the original packaging. 

Step 3: You will receive an email outlining the refund/exchange details.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards worldwide including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dankort, Discover, Cirrus and more. Please ensure your billing address matches the one provided on your credit card.

Does the lace set work with all sneaker brands?

Yes, the lace sets work on most sneaker brands. If the shoelace tip has a special decorative coating, you will need to remove it to install the Metal Aglets.

Is there real gold on the 24 Karat Gold Plated Ghost™ Lace Set? 

Yes, the 24 Karat Gold Plated Ghost™ Lace Set is plated with real 24 karat gold. 

How do I install the Ghost™ Lace Set

The installation instructions are provided on the product page and below. 

Step 1: Carefully loosen the screw in the Metal Aglets using the screwdriver provided. (PRO TIP- Perform installation on a clean, well-lit work surface to ensure that you do not misplace or lose the screws.)

Step 2: Slide the plastic shoelace tip into the Metal Aglet. (PRO TIP- If the plastic shoelace tip is too long for the aglet, cut off 3mm of the plastic tip to ensure a proper fit. If your shoelace tip has a special decorative coating, you will have to remove it to install the Metal Aglets.)

Step 3: Insert the screw into the Metal Aglet and tighten with the screwdriver provided. (PRO TIP- If you are having trouble tightening the screw, look inside the screw hole. If the plastic shoelace tip is blocking the hole, you will need to further cut and shorten the plastic shoelace tip.)
